Meet the Team

Elias Reyes, owner

Elias came to us 14 long years ago and boy are we lucky he did! He worked his way up from a builder, to shop foreman, to now running the show around here. If you can dream it... we are willing to betcha that this guy can build it.

He works harder than anyone we know, can successfully run a shop, and we are convinced he has a photographic memory because of how meticulously he keeps track of all the wood on our yard (literally every single piece, we don’t know how he does it!).

Brent Coursey, founder

Our founding father, who built Woodstock from the ground up back in 1996.

To this day, his main passion in life is refurbishing anything deemed “old,” “broken” or "vintage” (trucks.. boats… refrigerators... wood… you name it). Though he is retired and may not be in the shop every day anymore, if you know Brent, you know he is never too far away. He’ll always be a part of our story.

Cheryl

Cheryl Reyes-Madrigal

Cheryl is the newest member to the team and has quickly learned her way around the office and how to navigate our wacky ways here at Woodstock!

She answers our emails and phone calls, helps with quotes/estimates and most importantly keeps all of our shop animals happy and healthy.

Angel.jpg

Angel Rodriguez

Our resident finish expert, Angel has been making us laugh here in the shop for over 4 years now. When it comes to stain… he is our go-to man for the job.

If he is not working on mantels (or his motorcycle), you can likely find Angel putting the final touches on our box beams, shelves and tables.

Sara Shannon

If it has to do with the website or social media… it falls on this lady’s plate.

Her camera roll is 95% barn wood, and about 5% photos of her cat or our shop animals. When she’s not answering our DMs or scanning through photos of accent wall, she’s likely supporting a local coffee shop.

Milo

Our beloved shop pug, who can likely always be found in Cheryl’s lap, napping on the desk or greeting our customers with a few friendly barks. This guy keeps us on our toes!
